Philosophy 

Gillman Health Center is of the belief that we can positively impact the  quality of care that is delivered to our patients by recognizing their  individual needs and by maintaining excellent relationships with our  employees, referral sources, and the state and federal regulatory  agencies. Gillman Health Center, is locally owned and operated  which allows us to more readily identify the needs of our patients,  employees, referral sources, and communities and to respond  appropriately in a timely manner. An adjunct to this concept is the  essential role of evaluation of the agency’s services and applied  research in improving those services.    

Gillman Health Center has developed a mission and vision statement based on  the above philosophy. All staff will be educated regarding the above and  ongoing monitoring will occur to assure that Gillman Health Center's mission is sustained over time.
